Invalidity and revocation of trademarks

Operating since late 2022, the administrative procedure used to verify whether a trademark has become invalid or to declare the invalidity of a trademark in force, as an alternative to the jurisdictional process, recorded a total of 140 applications filed during 2025, comprising 63 invalidity applications and 77 revocation applications. The majority of applications were submitted through the digital channel, except for a single invalidity application filed through the CCIAA.
